An Iraqi chicken recipe by Christiane Amanpour from the Cookbook "Share" that celebrates our common humanity

Iraqi Roast Chicken by Christiane Amanpour

I found this recipe in the my favourite Book "Share" the cookbook that celebrate out common humanity. The title grabbed my attention and one which I believe in every much.

I loved the statement that Christiane Amanpour (CNN anchorwomen/journalist) wrote above this recipe" what motivates me is a strong sense of social justice, as well as he mission to find the truth through first-hand reporting. If we raise awareness of atrocities and speak truth to power there is more chance that legitimate grievances will be addressed"

Support the charity Women for Women International behind the programme. The recipes are provided by well known individual who are actively engaged in a range of humanitarian causes. The recipes draw on the freshest of ingredients to produce simple yet delicious food.

Heres a great Iraqi chicken recipe which I make for my friends who are not so keen on spices. Enjoy!
